Difficulties in positioning water quality probes for continuous monitoring have prompted developmentof a completely self contained three-sensor sond which uses the same sensors and membranecartridges as other Common Sensing products but is wireless and contains a datalogger built in tothe waterproof package. This allows deployment by boat, and circumvents the sometimes awkwardproblems associated with water level changes, extreme flow rates and resulting anchoring problems.
